How much staff time does this require from our team?

Very little. Once a family gets their Echo Memory Book, It includes a QR code to a cobranded landing page where they use a code to start. This page will also have Explainer videos to help families. They will receive a private link to answer simple questions and upload photos. Our team creates the video and then delivers it to their portal. The family then uploads it into the Echo Memory Book. Your staff simply hands the book to the family — or you can keep units in stock to give as part of your welcome package.

How long does it take for a family to receive their Echo Memory Book?

Typically, families receive their completed video to put into their Echo Memory Book within 5-7 business days after submitting their answers and photos. For move-in gifts, communities often order books in bulk so they are stored and ready to present on day one.

What is the cost for our community?

Each Echo Memory Book is $149 per unit. We offer discounted rates for bulk orders of 100 units or more, making it easy for communities to stock up and have them on hand for new resident move-ins or special programs.
