They will receive a private link to answer simple questions and upload photos. Our team creates the video and then delivers it to their portal. The family then uploads it into the Echo Memory Book. Your staff simply hands the book to the family.
How long does it take for a family to receive their Echo Memory Book?
Typically, families receive their completed video to put into their Echo Memory Book within 5 business days after submitting their answers and photos.
What is the cost for our community?
